PURPOSE:To provide an output voltage of a low voltage having a zero temperature coefficient by a comparatively simple circuit in the constant-voltage circuit for obtaining a stable output voltage against a temperature variation. CONSTITUTION:A first and a second divided voltages (a voltage V1 across a resistance R1) obtained by dividing an input DC voltage are inputted to bases of transistors Q2, Q3 to which a current density ratio is set as (n). To the base of the transistor Q3, the voltages are inputted through a resistance R3. Also, between a base and an emitter of the transistor Q3, a resistance R2 is connected, and the base of the transistor Q3 is voltage-divided. By selecting values of the resistances R2, R3 in accordance with the current density ratio (n), a temperature coefficient of the voltage V1 across the resistance R1 is set so as to become zero. |
