PURPOSE:To provide the slip describing system for an electronic slip system with satisfactory convenience for facilitating operations and preventing the miss of inputs by totally extracting and describing required slips in the case of raising slips. CONSTITUTION:In an electronic slip system 4, a white paper bind slip preparing means 9 is provided to extract information required for constituting the plural kinds of slips as white paper bind slips in one group and to store the information in a white paper bind slip storage part 13 in the case of designing the bind slips defining the previously decided plural kinds of slips as one group, and a white paper bind slip extracting means 10 is provided to receive the required information from the white paper bind slip storage part 13, to extract the formats of respective constitutive slips from plural slip format storage parts 12 in the form of a series of slips as the white paper bind slips and to store described slips in a raising slip storage part 14. |
