PURPOSE:To serve plural dishes in a restaurant in proper order at proper time. CONSTITUTION:The cooking time from the reception of an order to the serving of a dish and standard eating times by the numbers of persons and the classes of customers are previously registered in master data on articles that a controller 2 has and this order entry system has a function which displays the optimum serving time of a dish on an output medium, a timer function 3, and a function which outputs a cooking start instruction at cooking start time calculated from the optimum serving time. A function which outputs instructions for setting the table and collection at the cooking start time calculated from the optimum serving time is preferably provided, much tableware need not be set on the table, and pleasant eating service can be offered. Further, the arrangement and collection of the tableware can be controlled. |
