PURPOSE:To prevent stockout by inputting manufacture schedule plan data and purchase plan data, calculating the scheduled number of warehousing and delivery and calculating the quantity of the stock for an arbitrary period in the future. CONSTITUTION:The number of warehousing and the scheduled date of delivery are calculated from the data of the first process in manufacture schedule plan data 1 prepared for each article and process to be manufactured, and the number of warehousing and the scheduled date of warehousing are calculated from the data of the final process. On the other hand, the number of warehousing and the scheduled date of warehousing are calculated from purchase plan data 2 prepared fro each article to be purchased. Concerning the purchase plan data 2 having articled to be supplied, the number of articles to be supplied and the scheduled date of supplying the articles are calculated, and the number of delivery and the scheduled date of delivery are calculated from the number of articles to be supplied and the scheduled date of supplying the articles. The calculated number of delivery scheduled date of delivery number of warehousing and scheduled date of warehousing are counted into the number of the existent stock so as to calculate a change in the number of the stock for each period. The result is stored in a storage part 4 as predictive stock data, and a stock out list is outputted to an output part 5. |
