<p>PURPOSE:To take a photograph at a damaged part of overhead line accurately and clearly by holding a camera, respectively, at a photographing position and a containing position by means of first and second holding mechanisms through a sliding mechanism and opposing the camera directly to a mirror. CONSTITUTION:A camera 40 is disposed oppositely to an overhead line 1 in order to take a photograph thereof while a mirror 50 is disposed within the view field of the camera 40 in order to take the photograph of the overhead line 1 at the dead angle of the camera 40. The camera 40 is held, respectively, at a photographing position spaced apart the overhead line 1 and a containing position close to the overhead line 1 by means of first and second holding mechanisms 47, 48 and 47', 48'. Furthermore, the camera 40 is supported slidingly between the photographing position and the containing position by means of a sliding mechanism 45. Consequently, the peripheral image of the overhead line 1 can be caught within the photographing range of the camera 40 regardless of slight variation of the positional relationship between the camera 40 and the mirror 50 due to vibration at the time of traveling. According to the invention, damaged part of the overhead line can be photographed positively and clearly.</p> |
