The apparatus automatically supplies a plurality of laps, formed in a ribbon lap machine or a sliber lap machine, for a plurality of combers, and conveys empty spools finishing the combing process in order to clean dusts. The automatic apparatus comprises sensors (10) positioned on both sides of a conveyor belt (9) in front of the ribbon lap machine (2); a pair of I-beam type rails (4,4') elongated to each comber (7); a driving device (5) in contact with a pair of driving rollers (21,21'); an elevation device (6) positioned under the driving device (5) and having pulleys (12) on both ends; a wire drum (13) pulley (16) connected with a break motor (14') pulley (15) by a timing belt (17); actuation rods (18,18') for assembling the elevation device (6) with the driving device (15).
