MOLDING JIG FOR FRP TUBE JOINT

PURPOSE:To fix a flange component and a faucet component accurately on a molded inner mold when an FRP tube joint with a flange and a faucet is manufactured by using the synthetic resin molding inner mold. CONSTITUTION:A supporting plate 4 is installed on the inner diameter section of a connecting section 1b of a molding inner mold 1, and a collar 3 is fitted into the outer diameter section of the connecting section 1b. A core 6 is inserted into the supporting plate 4, and then a component 10A for a product in process supported on a pan 5 is fitted into the outer diameter section of the collar 3 and the pan 5 is placed on the core 6. Then, a nut 8 is fitted to a bolt 7 installed on the supporting plate 4 to fix the component 10A for a product in process to a molding inner mold 1.
