PURPOSE:To obtain the subject coating capable of providing films excellent in processability, rust preventing properties, lubricity, weldability and fouling and chemical resistances by blending a resin of a specific composition with a specified amount of a lubricating additive and a specific amount of silica. CONSTITUTION:The objective coating is composed of (A) a resin composed of a polymer urethane resin having >=3000 molecular weight and an epoxy resin, (B) a lubricating additive in an amount of 2-40wt.% based on the total solid content of the lubricating coating and (C) silica in an amount of 5-100wt.% based on the total resin solid content of the lubricating coating. A resin having a polyether or a polycarbonate skeleton is preferred as the urethane resin in the component (A) and a resin having a bisphenol A type skeleton or a polysulfide skeleton in the molecular chain is preferred as the epoxy resin. Nonoxidizable type waxes such as paraffin, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc., are preferred as the component (B). |
