PURPOSE:To provide polyester cotton for cushion material which is not liable to permanent set and has soft feeling and excellent rebound elasticity. CONSTITUTION:Polyester cotton having a thickness of 5mm or more and density of 0.015g/cm<3> or more, which comprises polyethylene terephthalate fibers, as main component, are bonded by core (nylon 6 or nylon 66)/sheath (copolymer of polyamide having a melting point of 110 deg.C or higher) composite polyamide binder fibers which are main binder fibers, core (polyethylene terephthalate)/ sheath (polyester having a melting point or softening point of 110 deg.C or higher) composite polyester binder fibers which are sub-binder fibers. |
