The flush-fit lighting apparatus according to the invention comprises means (10, 13) for fastening a decorative part (12). These fastening means are preferably removable and they advantageously consist of clip-fastening means, for mounting by simple forcible insertion. According to a particular embodiment, the lighting apparatus comprises at least two attachment lugs (10) intended to interact a complementary flush-fitting ring (13) provided on the decorative part (12). The latter may advantageously be made of a material such as plaster and be provided with an insert (15) made of rigid material comprising the means for fastening on the flush-fit apparatus. <IMAGE>
