The fixator comprises jaw-like elements (3) wherein are lodged anchoring pins (4) to be fastened at a given angle on either side of the fracture site, said jaws (3) being capable of receiving, after securing, at least one component (1). Said component (1) is capable of being oriented at a given angle and locked in this position by means of coupling rods (2).
