<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a tough mirror surface decorative panel having stable quality with good productivity by forming an uneven layer composed of an unsaturated polyester resin to a base material using a shaped resin sheet and laminating an epoxy resin layer by a film coating method. CONSTITUTION:As a base material, a material wherein a real material such as veneer, Japanese paper, cloth or leather is bonded to the surface of a lining material or a material provided with an uneven surface layer composed an unsaturated polyester resin containing brilliant pigment and color pigment is used. A mirror surface resin layer 3 is laminated and formed to the base material 1 using a film coating method. Since an epoxy resin has a tendency to be well bonded to other material, the mirror surface film used in the film coating method is treated with a resin having releasability such as a silicon resin or fluoroplastic before use.</p> |
