PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a pump by preventing bad influence due to iron powder which the pump being in operation generates in the sliding part of a driving mechanism. CONSTITUTION:In hydraulic diaphragm pump which executes the suction and delivery of fluid by bending a diaphragm 9 through the flow of oil accompanying the displacement of a plunger 1, a magnet 30 is provided in an oil chamber 19 in which the oil is accommodated. Iron powder floating in the oil is absorbed onto the magnet 30 by its magnetic force. |
