PURPOSE:To obtain the molded product of a balance-adjusted rotor by first moving a balance adjustment plate so that the center of rotation comes to the center of gravity position of the rotor, then fixing the balance adjustment plate to a recessed part using a fixed member and molding the rotor using a die whose center hole position is adjusted. CONSTITUTION:An attachment plate 33 with a positioning pin 11 introduced through a center hole 35 is deposited on a projecting part 7 with the positioning pin 11 adjusted to an appropriate position, and a top force 1 and a bottom force 2 are junctioned. Next, resin is injected into the die to form a cooling fan 30. The cooling fan 30 thus molded has the center hole 35 positioned at the center of gravity by adjustment of the position for the positioning pin 11. Subsequently, the cooling fan 30 can be manufactured using the die with the already adjusted position for the positioning pin 11 for consecutive production. The consecutively manufactured cooling fans have the center hole 35 located uniformly at the center of gravity position. Therefore, the center of gravity position coincides with the center of rotation, so that a well balanced rotation is achieved and no trouble such as the generation of a noise due to the increase of a rotating load and the occurrence of an irregular air stream, occurs. |
