GASOLINE ADDITIVE COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To provide the title composition which can markedly reduce the formation of deposits on especially the suction valves of an automobile engine by mixing a plurality of specified compounds with a lubricating oil fraction of a specified viscosity. CONSTITUTION:The title composition comprises a monosuccinimide of formula I (wherein R1 is a 30C or higher olefin oligomer; R2 is 2-4C alkylene; and m is 1-10) and/or a bissuccinimide of formula II (wherein R3 and R3, are each R1; R4 is R2; and n is 0-10), a polyoxyalkylene glycol (ether compound) of an average molecular weight of 500-5000 (e.g. polyoxypropylene glycol monobutyl ether) and a lubricating oil fraction of a viscosity of 3-35mm<2>/s (100 deg.C) (e.g. 150 neutral oil).
