PURPOSE:To provide a hair cutter which is easy to handle, preventing hairs from scattering when the hairs are cut. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a main body 1 having a blade at the forward end thereof and incorporating a drive means therein, a lower cover 3 for preventing cut hairs from scattering provided with a hair holding part which faces the edge of the blade and is movable toward and apart from the edge of the blade, a cover 8 which is for preventing cut hairs from scattering and is provided with second hair holding part for holding hairs between itself and the hair holding part of the lower cover, and a thining plate 14 disposed on the underside facing the lower cover of the main body. The plate 14 has an operation part on the lower side thereof and the rear ends of the body 1, the lower cover 3, and the cover 8 are connected rotatably with one another, while the main body 1 and the cover 8 have click engaging parts 100, 82 respectively to prevent relative rotation therebetween. |
