The construction is used for building one- and two-story buildings of various functions. The support beams and columns have a size that allows for their hiding into barrier walls, while their form allows for a free architectural solution. The light constructive carrying elements ensure quick and cheap assembly. The construction includes columns (1), fixated in J-shaped cups of cup-shaped singular foundations (3) and located at a modular distance one from the other. Along the altitude of the columns (1), at least in their top end (4), connecting elements (5) are located, which carry in-welded carrying beams (6) with fixated on them panels (7). The columns have a J-shaped cross section, turned with the internal angle of section one to the other so that each column (1) is terminal per modular cell (9). The top edge of the column (1) has apertures (10), while at the level of the interfloor plates (11) - there are openings (12). The construction allows affixing ribs (16) for a sloped roof to the carrying beams (6), fitted in the incisions (10).<IMAGE>
