An exhaust gas recirculation device for an internal combustion engine (1) comprises a recycling duct (5) a flap (6) mounted on this duct, and means, comprising a computer (4) for controlling and adjusting the opening of this flap, the said engine comprising a pressurised oil lubrication circuit itself comprising a circulation pump (7) and a sump (8). The control means of the flap comprise a hydraulic jack (V) whose piston (13) is kinematically linked to the flap and a four-way (A, B, C, D) solenoid valve (E) respectively connected to the output of the oil pump, to the return to the sump, to the chamber (M), of the jack, maximum filling of which corresponds to maximum opening of the valve and to the other chamber (P) of this jack, this solenoid valve being capable of taking up two positions for the first of which communications are established between the first and the fourth ways and between the second and third ways and for the second of which communications are established between the first and third ways and between the second and fourth ways. <IMAGE> |
