<p>PURPOSE:To achieve cost reduction by using conductive plastic in a housing and integrally molding a substrate loading piece and a lens array loading piece and arranging a substrate loading reference surface and a lens array loading reference surface at a right angle. CONSTITUTION:A housing 2 is formed by integrally molding a substrate loading piece 4, a lens array loading piece 6 and a bonding piece 12 from engineering plastic mixed with conductive fine particles by an injection mold or the like. A cover 26 is provided in order to prevent the invasion of toner into a head. The substrate loading reference surface 8 fixing a substrate 16 loaded with a light emitting element array 18 of the substrate loading piece 4 and the lens array loading reference surface 10 supporting a lens array 20 of the lens array loading piece 6 are arranged at a right angle. When force is applied to the lens array loading piece 6 from above, the deformation of the lens array loading piece 6 is prevented by the substrate loading piece 4 right-angled to the lens array loading piece 6 and, when lateral force is applied, the deformation of the substrate loading piece 4 is also prevented in the same way.</p> |
