PURPOSE:To fill dividedly raw materials of different kinds and manufacture a molded body of locally high strength by filling prefoamed particles in a cavity of a mold, and then heating and roughly welding, and further filling heat welding the prefoamed particles for reinforcement. CONSTITUTION:Prefoamed particles 15 having the expansion ratio of 20 times is filled in an air path 5 through a cavity section 3. Then the prefoamed particles 15 in the cavity section 3 are roughly welded together by pressurized vapor to carry out rough molding. Then the prefoamed particles 16 for reinforcement stored in a first hopper 12 and provided with the expansion ratio of 5 times are filled in respective filling holes 4a and 4c by the pressurized air from the air path 5. Then the pressurized air is flowed into the inside of cavity section 3 and heated therein to wood the prefoamed particles 15 filled in the cavity section 3 with the prefoamed particles 16 for reinforcement in respective filling holes 4a and 4c. |
