PURPOSE:To provide a sauna device usable for a long time without causing the pain of high heat and high dryness to a user by radiating a large quantity of heat to the deep part of a human body while keeping the room temperature at a relatively low temperature. CONSTITUTION:A metal plate having a ceramic layer formed on the surface and a duct part on the reverse of the metal plate are formed on the ceiling part 4 of a sauna room 2. The reverse of the metal plate is heated by a heating body to radiate a radiant heat, and air is heated in the duct part and injected to the room so as to be circulated. |
