<p>PURPOSE:To improve corrosion resistance, and to ensure stable resistance weldability by previously manufacturing steel plates with organic film treated surfaces having superior corrosion resistance and inserting a viscoelastic polymer resin, into which metallic powder is dispersed uniformly, between the steel plates and laminating the steel plates and the resin. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate, in which both surfaces are plated with a zinc- nickel alloy and chromate treatment and resin coating treatment (organic coating treatment) are further conducted on one surface, and a steel plate, in which both surfaces are plated with zinc-nickel, are manufactured by using a continuously casted aluminum killed steel plate having plate thickness of 0.4mm. A resin coating-treated layer is directed toward the outside, and these steel plates are faced oppositely, and laminated in 50mum resin film thickness by using a viscoelastic high molecular resin, in which nickel powder is dispersed uniformly, thus manufacturing a resin composite steel plate.</p> |
