PURPOSE:To provide an industrially advantageous manufacturing process of a fiber-reinforced resin molding with a satisfactory appearance using SRIM. CONSTITUTION:A fiber-reinforcing material 11 is deposited in a cavity of a die 3 consisting of a top force 1 and a bottom force 2, then the die 3 is closed and a liquid resin material 2 is injected into the cavity to be cured. After the completion of the curing process, the die 3 is opened and a molding is parted. In this manufacturing process of a fiber-reinforced resin molding, a uncured or a semi-cured film resin 10 is deposited at an intracavity position corresponding to part or the entirety of the outermost layer of the molding. Further, the fiber-reinforcing material 11 is deposited on the film resin 10 and the liquid resin material 12 is injected. |
