PURPOSE:To effectively remove a sizing agent and a finishing oil attached to fabric without causing wrinkle by providing a structure of synthetic yarn with a treating solution containing a scouring agent in a specific temperature range and continuously treating the structure with steam. CONSTITUTION:A structure of synthetic yarn such as polyester is provided with a treating solution preferably mixed with a surfactant, containing sodium hydroxide as a scouring agent, having 40-90 deg.C temperature, for example, by padding method, continuously heat-treated with steam at 95-110 deg.C for 30-300 seconds to effectively remove a sizing agent and a finishing oil attached to the fabric without causing wrinkle with reduced energy. The fabric thus treated has extremely excellent level dyeing properties. |
