PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition markedly improved in surface appearance, also excellent in impact resistance by incorporating a copolyester carbonate having specific structural units with an inorganic filler and polyolefin resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) 97-40 (pref. 95-50) pts.wt. of a copolyester carbonate with a weight-average molecular weight of 10000-100000 (pref. 18000-40000) made up of respective structural units of formula I and formula II (R and R' are each halogen, monovalent hydrocarbon group or hydrocarbon oxy group; W is divalent hydrocarbon group, S, etc.; n and n' are each an integer: 0-4; X is 6-18C divalent aliphatic group; b is 0 or 1) with the unit of the formula II accounting for 2-30 (pref. 5-25)mol% of the total units, (B) 3-60 (pref. 5-50) pts.wt. of an inorganic filler, and (C) 0.05-20 (pref. 0.1-5) pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. of the components A+B, of a polyolefin (pref. polyethylene or ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer). |
