PURPOSE:To prepare the title compsn. which can form uniform and fine cells, allows no plateout, and is free from the thermal decomposition of polyvinyl chloride even during foaming at 4 high temp. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. is prepd. by compounding 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin having an average degree of polymn. of 400-1,000, 2-25 pts.wt. polymethyl methacrylate, 0.1-4 pts.wt. thermally decomposable inorg. blowing agent, 1-25 pts.wt. calcium carbonate, and 0.1-1 pt.wt. sorbitol-benzaldehyde condensate. |
