PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition which shows excellent sliding properties even when used with a soft material in sliding contact therewith, particularly even under high-speed and high-load conditions, has heat resistance, chemical resistance, dimensional stability, and excellent mechanical characteristics which are required of the material of sliding parts, and can be injection molded with excellent productivity. CONSTITUTION:A molten fluororesin composition which consists of 100 pts.wt. molten fluororesin that can be injection molded, 5-50 pts.wt. carbon fibers, and 5-50 pts.wt. mixture of 90-10wt.% polytetrafluoroethylene with 10-90wt.% solid lubricant. |
