PURPOSE:To protect a heat exchanger, improve its assembling efficiency and reduce the cost by joining together the plates mounted on the upper and lower surface of the heat exchanger and the frames mounted on the ridges thereof without using any screw. CONSTITUTION:Rising parts are provided at the four corners of plates 12 mounted on the upper and lower surface of heat exchanging parts 7, the ridge parts of the heat exchanging part 7 are covered with the rising parts and the end part of a frame 10 having a positioning nail part 15 in contact with the rising part is bent and hung on the plate, whereby the plate 12 and the frame 10 are joined together. Since a joint can be made between the plate and the frame without using any screw, a heat exchanger can be protected for a long time, free from the trouble caused by the falling off of the screws, and its assembling operation becomes easy. |
