PURPOSE:To make it possible to elevate a waste water pump and an aeration pump simultaneously through an opening for maintenance and inspection. CONSTITUTION:The waste water pump 7 for discharge is provided in the sewage tank 3 provided with the opening 15 for maintenance and inspection and the supporting arm 20 is attached freely rotatably around the axis P in the horizontal direction to the waste water pump 7 and the aeration pump 8 provided with the nozzle 13 jetting a sewage water-mixed air made by mixing the sewage water and air is attached to the supporting arm 20. The chain 23 is connected to the aeration pump 8 and by drawing-in and -out the chain 23 to rotate the supporting arm 20, the installed posture in which the jetting direction of the nozzle 13 faces in the horizontal direction is displaced to the posture of drawen up in which position of the aeration pump 8 is to be above the waste water pump 7, and both of the pumps are simultaneously elevated.
