PURPOSE:To obtain a ventilating fan, capable of continuing water tightness without being affected by the deterioration with age, vibration and the like after installation. CONSTITUTION:A through hole 13, having openings 11b, 12b on both wall surfaces 11a, 12a of a wall member 10, is formed while a communicating pipe 14, having end sections 14a, 14b supported by respective openings 11b, 12b, is provided in the through hole 13. A fan body 16 is attached to the communicating pipe 14 and a flange 14c is formed at the end section 14b of the indoor side of the communicating pipe 14 along the wall surface 12a while a space between the flange 14c and the wall surface 12a is filled with expandable material 18. |
