PURPOSE:To provide the laser beam machine capable of preventing or suppressing a fire of a workpiece with a laser beam. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam machine discharges a part of inert laser gas from a bomb 1 of the inert laser gas for generating the laser beam 4 to a laser beam irradiation part via an assist gas path 13 and a nozzle 8 when the fire is generated. The laser beam machine always uses a part of the inert laser gas as assist gas when the workpiece 10 is combustible. |
