<p>This invention relates to a metal grain detecting sensor (10) of a simple construction capable of in-line analyzing metal grains in a fluid and moreover estimating or detecting the number of grains of each size with a high accuracy, in which metal films (1) and insulating films (2) are laminated alternately, every other metal films (1) being parallel-connected to two lead wires (3a, 3b) so that a cross section of this laminate becomes a comb-shaped electrode. An end surface of the laminate constituting the sensor is immersed in a metal grain-containing fluid to detect the metal grains.</p> |
