The invention relates to a closure system for an instrument outlet, especially for laparoscopic insertion devices. The purpose of the invention of providing a reliable closure system facilitating thorough cleaning with the simplest and most compact construction is attained in that a closure cap takes the form of a floating disc which is centred in a seat with bevels and is held in any position solely by the asymmetrically effective magnetic force of at least one magnet, especially a permanent magnet.
