A coupling system for pipes is described, which prevents pipes which are not associated with one another being connected, in that a plug nipple (1-3, 1-6) which is connected to a pipe and a coupling (2-3, 2-6) which is connected to the other pipe are provided, the two of which, when joined together, have a defined overall length which corresponds, for example, precisely to the distance between two holding parts (4, 5) of a holder (3) into which the joined-together coupling elements are inserted with the pipes which are connected via them. All the plug nipples and coupling parts in each case have different individual lengths, so that the overall length of coupling elements which are joined together but which are not associated with one another differs from the predetermined length, as a result of which, for example, insertion of the coupling elements which are connected to one another into the holder becomes impossible. …<IMAGE>… |
