PURPOSE:To improve durability of a bearing by cooling it through heatpipe radiation and lubricating the same with an oiling pump. CONSTITUTION:On a rotary shaft 9 journalled by a couple of bearings 6,7 provided at the upper and lower parts of the casing 1, which is to function also as an oil tank, a heatpipe 12 having radiating fins 12a is fitted. At the lower part of this rotary shaft 9, an oiling pump 3 having a suction hole 4a is provided, and a jetting nozzle 19 is mounted on a discharge pipe 4b of said pump directed to the upper bearing 7. when a worm wheel 10 fixed to the drive shaft 10a is rotated, the rotary shaft 9 rotates and the impeller 18 sucks in the lubricating oil, which cools the upper bearing 7 through the radiation from the heatpipe 12 as well as lubricates the bearing forcedly through spraying out of the jetting nozzle 19, and thus prevents the upper bearing 7 from damage due to lubrication failure. |
