PURPOSE:To set easily a skin material to a mold, to form surely a pattern position, and to make it unnecessary to produce a mold in case of pattern change by setting temporarily projected components to the surface of the skin material, forming a monolithic molded sheet with a pattern along the projected components, and removing the projected components of the skin material. CONSTITUTION:A skin material is set up to a mold for foam molding 21 by facing projected component side to the molding surface of the mold for foam molding 21 after the projected components 15 are temporarily set to the surface of the skin material 11. A stock solution 12' of a foaming synthetic resin is poured into the mold for foam molding and a padding material 12 is foam-molded. A monolithic molded sheet 10 consisting of the skin material and the padding material is thereby formed. The monolithic molded sheet 10 with a concave-convex pattern 13 can be obtained by taking out the monolithic molded sheet from the mold for foam molding, and also removing the projected components 15 temporarily set to the surface side of the skin material 11. Thus, the skin material can be easily set to the mold for foam molding since the projected components for a pattern forming are temporarily set to the skin material. The set position of the projected components is changed in case of pattern change. |
