PURPOSE:To enable a cutter to perform its cutting work as high accurately as the polishing work further enhance cutting work efficiency, by continuously arrangeing in the peripheral part of a disc-shaped cutter body a multiple number of tips so as to be brought inyo contact with each other and providing multiple edges on the cutter. CONSTITUTION:A cutter body 10 forms on its peripheral part a peripherally rounding circumferential groove 18. This circumferential groove 18 arranges many tips 20 of almost rectangular parallelepiped-shape, and ths tip, in which front and rear surface parts are brought into contact with each other and positioned so as to be overlapped in the circumferential direction, is fixed by a ring member 23 and a bolt. A cutter enables its cutting work to be performed in high accuracy as a wheel, because a number of mounting tips can be increased as many as possible, while improves cutting work efficiency. |
