PURPOSE: To enable a biomedical adhesive blend to be used in bone destruction process and in the adhesion of calcified tissue by reacting together a specific polyisocyanate, a specific polyol, and a compound containing calcium and phosphorus. CONSTITUTION: A polyisocyanate having at least two isocyanate groups, in an amount ranging between 20 and 80wt.% of the total amount of a reactor, at least one kind of polyol having surface wettability, in an amount of 10-80wt.% of the total amount of the reactor, and a compound containing calcium and phosphorus are reacted together, in the presence of a predetermined catalyst if desired, to obtain a non-rubber-elastic biomedical adhesive blend consisting of a network structure, for calcified tissue. In this case, tolylene-2,4- diisocyanate, isophoronediisocyanate, or the like is used as the polyisocyanate. Also, polyalkylene ether, glycol, or the like is used as the polyol. Further, hydroxyapatite, phosphorus glyceric acid calcium salt, or the like is used as the compound of calcium and phosphorus. |
