PURPOSE:To enable improvement in the recording density of information signals and so-called simultaneous verification without complicating constitution. CONSTITUTION:A large-output long-wavelength laser chip 1 for signal writing and a small-output short-wavelength laser chip 2 for signal reading out are disposed in the positions different in the optical axis directions of optical systems 3, 5. These chips are so disposed that the luminous fluxes R1, R2 emitted from the respective laser chips are simultaneously condensed onto the signal recording surface of the magneto-optical disk 6. |
