REFRIGERANT GAS GUIDE MECHANISM IN SWASH PLATE TYPE COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE:To reduce the size telerance of a valve storage chamber so as to rotate a rotary valve smoothly by interposing a thrust bearing, a belleville spring, and a spacer between the end part of the rotary valve and the step shaped bottom part of the valve storage chamber. CONSTITUTION:A thrust bearing 29, an annular shaped belleville spring 30, and an annular shaped spacer 31 for adjusting pushing and pressing force of the belleville spring 30 are interposed between a rotary valve 24 and the step shaped bottom part 3b of a bulkhead 3. The end part of the rotary valve 24 is thus push-pressed to a rotary shaft 8 with suitable pressure force so as to rotate the rotary valve 24 smoothly and suppress noise. It is possible to adjust elastic force of the belleville spring 30 by changing the thickness of the spacer 31 so as to set the size telerance of the valve storage chamber 23 leniently.
