The pulse generator circuit is designed as an integrated semiconductor circuit. The output pulse has a pulse duration equal to the pulse duration of an input pulse plus a predetermined interval. The pulse has a quick rise time characteristic. One circuit (Q1-Q5) is used to amplify the input signal. A second circuit charges a capacitor (C). The capacitor is discharged with a given time constant when the input signal dissappears. A third circuit generatesa pulse output signal in reaction to the input signal. The pulse duration is increased by a given amount controlled by the second circuit.
