This device comprises a rigid prosthesis connection member (12) comprising end-pieces (14, 16) over which the prostheses (18) are fitted. Each prosthesis is fixed onto the end-piece (14, 16) onto which it has been fitted using a collar (24) which is closed by a fastener (28). The prosthesis is clamped in a leaktight manner between projections (38) arranged on the inner surface of the collar and recesses (20) of complementary shape arranged on the outer surface of the end-piece. The relative directions of the end-pieces (14, 16) of the connection member (12) and their diameters make it possible to give the connected prostheses a spatial configuration close to that of the organ vessels. <IMAGE>
