PURPOSE:To obtain an org. film laminated steel plate excellent in design effect and productivity by laminating a multilayered structural org. film consisting of an adhesive layer, a white pigment-containing film layer, a printing layer displaying a trade mark design and a lubricating film layer to a steel plate as the outer surface film of a can. CONSTITUTION:A multilayered structural org. film consisting of an adhesive layer, a white pigment-containing film layer, a printing ink layer displaying trade mark design and a lubricating film layer is laminated to a steel plate as the outer surface film of a can. When the double-layered structural film wherein the adhesive layer is composed of a low m.p. polyester resin and the white pigment-containing film layer is composed of a high m.p. polyester resin having an m.p. 10 deg.C higher than that of the adhesive layer and having a stretched and oriented crystal structure is used, more excellent effect can be obtained. As the inner surface film of the can, a two-layered structural film having the same structure containing no pigment can be used. The three-piece can obtained from the org. film laminated steel plate thus produced has the excellent design effect of outer surface printing and an excellent corrosion-resistant inner surface and further has excellent productivity. |
