CONSTITUTION:Data compression 1 processing 101 recognizes the existence of a change in a measuring value only when the absolute value of a difference between a current measuring value and the preceding one becomes larger than allowable value changing width P, so that fine variation components such as fine variation of an output from a gas pressure sensor due to an environmental change in temperature/humidity or the like and variation due to a quantize error generated at the time of A/D conversion can be removed. On the other hand, data compression 2 processing 102 recognizes the existence of a change in a measuring value only when time required up to the succeeding change in the measuring value is allowable variation time width T, smoothes variation due to load variation and outputs a flat signal as an output signal, so that the volume of information necessary for transmission can be reduced.
