The invention relates to a scoop with a container for collecting dirty animal or household waste. Inside the handle (A) are disposable push means (4). At one end of the handle, a container (B) contains the supply of bags (C). This container opens onto the spatula (D) through a slot (8) through which the bags are drawn. A clip system (11) holds them in place during manipulations. This concave spatula (D) is thus protected inside and out by a bag stuck by a self-adhesive strip to the areas (28) of the spatula. Application: this easy-to-use scoop with its own container enables any solid, soft, sticky or dirty waste of animal or household origin to be removed hygienically and conveniently. <IMAGE>
