PURPOSE:To provide convenience in using a cell, simplify assembly, and prevent the accumulator temp. from rising by accommodating accumulator and a solar cell for charging it in a single mantle vessel, and locating the accumulator isolated from sun heat. CONSTITUTION:A mantle vessel 4 having in its part a transparent surface accommodates a solar cell 6 and an accumulator 5 charged thereby. The accumulator 5 is arranged shifted toward the opposite side to the light receiving surface 10 of the solar cell 6, wherein the distance of the accumulator 5 from the mantle vessel 4 on the light receiving surface 10 side is greater than the distance B of the light receiving surface 10 from the mantle vessel 4 on the opposite side. This makes it convenient to use a solar cell to a small-sized electric apparatus and prevents the accumulator from being heated by the sun heat, that should prevent the charging efficiency from dropping and the electrolyte from leaking. Further, it simplifies assembly operations for battery devices. |
