<p>PURPOSE:To provide a container and a lid completely sealed yet, easy to separate and make the lid reusable after unsealing. CONSTITUTION:After a lid body 2 has been joined to or fitted over an opening 11 of a container body 1 filled with its contents, they are set together in an injection molding metal die 8 provided with an annularly-shaped cavity 84 located in the position corresponding to a joint 3 of the container body 1 and the lid body 2 and having a runner 89 formed between itself and a gate 85. A thermoplastic resin is injected from the gate 85 of the metal die 8 through the runner 89 into the cavity 84 to form an annularly-shaped molding 4, thereby sealing the joint 3 of the container body 1 and the lid body 2.</p> |
