PURPOSE:To provide a simple, low-priced color image forming device capable of obtaining a first sheet of copy or print image at the same time as or slightly later than the case of performing only one-color copying or printing even in the case of performing color copying or color printing using numerous color toners (but four colors at the most) or numerous image composed printing. CONSTITUTION:At the time of performing transfer after forming a one-color toner image on a sensitized belt 1, the image formation on the sensitized belt 1 is started after fixing roller reaching the specified fixing temperature. At the time of performing transfer after forming plural toner images on the sensitized belt 1, the image formation on the sensitized belt 1 is started before the fixing roller 18 reaching the specified fixing temperature. |
