摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the title material which can induce ablation in an optical mode even with a near-ultraviolet or visible ray laser and hence can be processed with a high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:The title material contains. a guest polymer 2 and a host polymer 1 having less tendency to induce ablation than the guest polymer 2. Chromophores of the guest polymer 2 becomes excited by absorbing laser beam with a wavelength in the region of near-ultraviolet or visible rays, and the distances between chromophores are smaller than a resonance interaction radius.
