PURPOSE:To provide the above manufacturing process by which manpower operation can be omitted as much as possible regarding a coated heat-insulating tubular body made of a foamed resin used as the heat-insulating member of a heating-medium supply tube and the tubular bodies can be produced continuously in a large quantity, and a device thereof. CONSTITUTION:When a cylindrical tube body 7 made of a foamed resin is delivered from a tubular-body supply reel 1 and a skin sheet 9 is delivered from a skin-sheet supply reel 2 under the state, in which the skin sheet 9 forms a fin-shaped section, the cylindrical tube body 7 is covered with the exception of the slit section of the tube body 7 under the state, in which the tube body 7 is faced oppositely to the pressure-sensitive adhesive coated surface of the skin sheet 9, when the tube body 7 is passed through a molding guide 4, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive coated surface is stuck on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical tube body 7. The cylindrical tube body 7, to which the skin sheet 9 is stuck, is passed through a molding belt 6 and an intermediate split mechanism 17, thus manufacturing a primary semi-finished product tube body 16, to which the fin-shaped section is formed, and a secondary semi-finished product pipe body 18. Accordingly, manpower operation can be omitted as much as possible. |
